If you order before 1 p.m., we will hand over your order to DHL the same day. Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 business days.

An invoice is included with every order and will also be sent to you via email. If you would like us to exclude the invoice from your package, for example, if you are sending it as a gift, please leave us a note in the comments section during the ordering process.

Yes, we also customize/engrave games. These are marked in the shop with "Engrave this item." If you would like to customize a different item, please contact us at info@rombol.de

If you have received incorrect or defective items, please contact us at info@rombol.de. Please don't forget to include your name and order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
