Where can I find my instructions

You can find the manual on your game's product page. You can download it under "Manuals" in the right-hand menu.

Can I have my game personalized/engraved?

Yes, we also customize/engrave games. These are marked in the shop with "Engrave this item." If you would like to customize a different item, please contact us at info@rombol.de

Order

How long do I have to wait for my order?

If you order before 1 p.m., we will hand your order over to DHL the same day. Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 business days.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice is included with every order and will also be sent to you via email. If you would like us to exclude the invoice from your package, for example, if you are sending it as a gift, please leave us a note in the comments section during the ordering process.

What should I do if I received incorrect or faulty items?

If you have received incorrect or faulty items, please contact us at info@rombol.de. Please don't forget to include your name and order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I also buy from you wholesale?

Yes, of course. We offer special terms for resellers. Please contact us for details.
