Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ROMBOL GmbH, Friedrich-List-Strasse 65, 33100 Paderborn, telephone: +49 5251 699650, email: bestellung@rombol.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website (www.rombol.de). If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel, as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The cost of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 32.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
