Our Shipping Terms
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands (excluding overseas territories), Austria, Denmark, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Hungary, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, USA.
Shipping Costs
Deliveries within Germany:
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge shipping costs for international deliveries based on shipping weight:

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–3 days, and for international deliveries within 7–10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
If you choose to collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and provide collection details. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Shipping Notes:
For selected products, additional shipping charges may apply, for example due to their size (bulky goods). These costs will be indicated accordingly on the respective product pages. If bulky goods are ordered together with regular items, the bulky goods surcharges will be added to the shipping costs.
