This challenging skill game consists of 20 cuboids in 15 different designs. Six of these wooden pieces can be put together in the form of a knot – and the famous Devil's Knot is one of them. Anyone attempting this challenge for the first time will quickly realise that this knot is not called the "Devil's Knot" for nothing: patience, spatial imagination, and logical combination are equally required here.
A total of 151 different variations of the Devil's Knot can be built with the cuboids provided. The art lies in assembling six wooden pieces in the exact correct order to form a stable knot. No component arbitrarily fits the next – only the well-thought-out interplay of all six elements results in the characteristic, intertwined shape.
To ensure that even persistent puzzle solvers don't despair, the individual components are marked with letters. In the enclosed solution table, six letters are grouped into a column, from which a Devil's Knot can be built. A coordinate system at the end of the table serves as additional assistance: The first two letters indicate the components that are installed at the back, the next pair of letters shows the components horizontally, and the last two letters mark the parts that are installed vertically.
Important to know: Neither the exact position of the components relative to each other nor the order of installation is revealed in the solution guide – thus preserving the actual puzzling fun! This way, every solution becomes a small sense of achievement and guarantees hours of puzzling fun for young and old.
A timeless wooden puzzle that promotes concentration and continues to fascinate again and again.
