Beschreibung

SWITCH by ROMBOL – Who will be the first to connect all of their pieces horizontally and vertically?

SWITCH is an exciting, strategic wooden board game for two players, developed in Germany by Hartmut Kommerell in 2017. The goal of the game is to be the first to connect all of your pieces horizontally and vertically—a challenge that requires clever planning and forward thinking. Despite its simple rules and clear moves, SWITCH offers a surprising level of depth.

The game board consists of a square 5 x 5 playing field. At the beginning of the game, the 24 pieces – 12 light brown and 12 dark brown – are placed in a fixed starting position. Then the strategic maneuvering begins: Each player attempts to create a continuous connection in both directions – horizontally and vertically – by skillfully moving their pieces.

The constantly changing game situation ensures high tension right up to the final move. SWITCH demands flexibility, overview, and cleverness – yet offers an easy entry point, even for casual players. The high-quality wooden design gives the game a sophisticated look and also makes it an ideal travel game.

Whether as a gift or for your own games cabinet – SWITCH by ROMBOL is a well-thought-out strategy game that impresses with its clear concept and high replay value.
