Eat or be eaten

Imagine waking up in the morning in the desert and seeing a hungry lion sitting in front of you. Now you have to keep a cool head, plan an escape route, or maybe even attack yourself, because you're at least as strong as your opponent!

TOKAN is a tactical smash game in which each player controls a team of lions, jackals, and mice. Your animals are randomly assigned to face your opponent's, and each of the three animals has its own abilities. You capture a piece by covering it, not taking it away. The highest piece in a tower indicates its owner, and all the pieces below it are "eaten." And while unlikely in the wild, it's possible in TOKAN: a mouse can also eat a lion!
