This small stick—when used correctly—can be a distraction for a while. You "tie" the stick through the top buttonhole of a shirt, for example. Now the person affected has a big problem. On the one hand, they weren't able to observe what you were doing, and on the other, the object isn't exactly in their field of vision. Now they have trouble getting rid of it. Fun at any party—at least for those not affected.
